【曾佳俊／新北報導】台北盛事「大稻埕煙火節」每年吸引近50萬人朝聖，今晚8時30分將豋場，500萬元的20分鐘煙火秀令人期待，而能清楚觀看整場演出的台北橋，人潮總擠得水洩不通，但昨天傍晚卻有名攝影迷，搶先拿腳架在台北橋上卡位，將腳架用鐵鏈綑綁又上鎖，還po網炫耀「第一個到」，遭網友痛批：「攝影道德真的很差！」還有網友怒蹌「幫你加鎖」、「灌3秒膠」。

《蘋果》記者今天上午到台北橋查看，發現腳架被鏈在橋樑上。警方表示，攝影迷此行為已觸法，最重可處2400元，但今天中午巡邏警員發現腳架已移除，疑因攝影迷不堪網路輿論壓力，而自行撤除。

針對內政部公布公共安全督導抽查結果，涵碧樓發現地毯防焰標籤脫落一事。涵碧樓指出，從開幕時，飯店內已全部使用符合國際檢驗標準的防火建材，平時並固定消防檢查，舉行逃生演練，每年消防安檢及逃生、防火管理等項目均合格。

涵碧樓表示，今年6月11日的聯合公安督導檢查時，相關機構因為發現一塊移動式的迎賓地毯，未有防焰標章而遭指正，實際上，該地毯有通過防焰檢驗，只是因為送洗後，防焰檢驗脫落；飯店迅速在聯合安檢後一周內，請廠商補貼上防焰標章，並補送檢驗合格證書給消防局補正，其餘消防安檢及設備均合格。

涵碧樓表示，內政部不定時檢查觀光飯店消防安檢，有助於維護公共安全；但盼內政部在公佈檢驗結果時，應該要說詳細說明，避免誤導媒體及社會大眾。

3C科技改變大腦運作模式，現代人變得愈來愈難專心。許多人感嘆現在的孩童沉溺網際網路、智慧型手機和電動遊戲，難以專注在紙本閱讀上，沒有好好讀完一本書的耐心，不過也有專家持正面的看法，主張適度使用3C產品其實有助學習。

一心多用影響專注力

美國史丹佛大學一項研究指出，網路使用頻繁造成人們習慣「一心多用」，現代上班族必須經常多心做事，在同一時間處理MSN、電子郵件、瀏覽網頁和接電話等好幾件事情。由於反覆切換注意力，變得比較難以長期專注在一件事情上，導致工作效率不佳。

三總兒童青少年精神科主任葉啟斌表示，雖然沒有正式研究能證明3C產品危害專注力，但有許多專注力不足的個案的確受到3C產品影響。很多孩童在使用3C產品時非常專注，但日常生活的專注力卻明顯不足，因為他們的大腦迴路已經習慣刺激精彩的聲光效果，相對單調乏味的學習則變得難以專注。

林口長庚醫院兒童心智科醫師張學岭也指出，3C產品的使用確實會減弱孩童的專注力，由於習慣聲光刺激，比較難靜下心來做靜態活動，許多孩童已習慣網路圖像和短文的閱讀，對紙本閱讀有困難。

3C產品可能加重ADHD的症狀

葉啟斌表示，3C產品對ADHD兒童造成的不良影響，顯現ADHD兒童在使用3C產品時，容易在喜歡的內容上過度浪費時間，加劇原本組織力和時間掌控能力本來就不佳的症狀。

萬芳醫院精神科醫師張勝傑表示，ADHD患者比一般孩童容易沉迷3C產品，他們大腦活性太低而造成注意力不足，對枯燥乏味的事情不感興趣，3C產品的聲光效果吸引他們專注，所以不少ADHD患者有過度依賴3C產品的傾向。

台灣赤子心過動症協會主任吳潤馨則認為，只要家長善加利用3C產品，孩子也可以因此受益。ADHD孩童喜歡有挑戰性、不枯燥的事情，在打電動和看動畫時，畫面一直在變，這剛好滿足了ADHD孩童的習慣。

吳潤馨認為，3C產品像是一把雙面刃，可以對ADHD孩童造成危害，但也可以有所幫助。對一些ADHD孩童來說，平板電腦是很好的學習工具，重點在於家長需要控制孩童3C產品的使用時間，「以身作則」教導孩子正確的使用3C產品。
