【台灣醒報記者黃文瑜台北報導】既然各縣市政府都能幫泰國勞工辦「潑水節」，為什麼不能幫印尼勞工辦「開齋節」？高雄市政府對網友的質疑表示，舉辦活動都經過仔細評估，最好所有勞工都能參加。新北市政府民政局12日甫開始舉辦為期一週的「伊斯蘭文化節」活動，目的是讓台灣民眾更了解異國文化。但社福團體認為，辦活動固然重要，但真實的關心與尊重，才是外籍勞工們最需要的。

新北市政府表示，「潑水節」是文化局辦的，「伊斯蘭文化節」則是民政局主辦的，目的是為了讓民眾更了解異國文化，並非只針對外籍人士舉辦，台灣民眾也應該要一起參與，透過了解而相互尊重。

桃縣新北外勞最多

根據行政院勞委會102年7月份資料顯示，台灣外籍勞工人數約有35萬人。主要來自印尼、菲律賓、泰國、越南等地，其中印尼籍的就佔20多萬人。而全台22縣市，擁有最多外籍勞工的前五名縣市，分別是桃園縣78301人；新北市66060人；台中市63576人；台北市40401人及高雄市35565人。

這五個縣市政府均有舉辦「潑水節」活動，但每個縣市針對外籍勞工舉辦的活動仍有不同。以桃園縣為例，過去每年對不同國籍的勞工辦不同活動，針對印尼勞工舉辦的「印尼文化節」，並非以開齋節為主，而是邀請印尼籍歌手來台辦音樂會，一解印尼勞工思鄉之情。而以天主教為主的菲律賓勞工，縣府則是舉辦聖誕晚會活動。之前為越南勞工辦聯歡會，但因越南的過節文化與漢文化相似，同樣過中秋節，所以今年改為越南勞工舉辦中秋節活動。

高雄市與台中市的做法，不是特別為某個國籍的勞工舉辦各國節慶活動，而是以烤肉、球類比賽、歌唱大賽等聯歡活動，讓各國勞工一同參與。然而最特別的是台北市，其它所有縣市的勞工都是依照法令，有固定工時、假日也依人事行政局所排定的時間，但是台北市的外籍勞工，可在遇到自己國家重大節慶時，向雇主出示國籍證明，當天就能休假。

外勞要什麼？

長期投入關懷外勞工作的台灣工業福音團契牧師蔡國山表示，為外勞朋友舉辦活動的民間團體有很多，但外勞們除了休閒活動之外，更需要法律諮詢以解決勞資糾紛，或是醫療相關的資訊，特別是外籍勞工在異鄉更容易感受到孤單。

工業福音團契與許多教會秉持聖經的教導，以「接待寄居客旅」的精神，一同關心外勞，甚至提供印尼籍勞工《心靈之窗》等印尼文的刊物，讓印尼勞工即便在國外工作，也能知道國內的事情。

長老教會勞工關懷協會主任簡長榮則說，舉辦休閒活動雖然重要，但更重要的是台灣人民要懂得尊重外籍勞工，他們不是來搶台灣人的工作，而是做台灣人做不了的粗重工作，對於台灣長輩的照護也相當有功勞，我們應該要抱持尊敬的態度。

簡長榮進一步指出，台灣人也經常陷入一種迷思，認為外勞無處可去，只聚集在某處，實際上若是我們能尊重外勞，也會覺得他們的聚集，就如東區的時髦男女一般。

【綜合報導】挪威西部，當地時間周一下午5點左右，發生一輛挪威巴士與一輛來自瑞典載著台灣遊客的旅遊巴士迎頭相撞，造成2人死亡和多人受傷，2名死者一名為挪威人，另一名則是來自台灣的女遊客。

警方表示兩輛巴士，行經連接桑恩達鎮(Sogndal)及萊康厄爾鎮(Lekanger)的道路時發生意外。兩輛巴士當時共載有32名乘客，瑞典旅遊巴士上有22名台灣遊客。

【綜合報導】祕魯首都利馬機場海關，日前攔截2名分別19歲與20歲的妙齡女子，企圖攜帶重達12公斤的古柯鹼粉末闖關，返回英國，這批古柯鹼粉末被分裝在各式沖泡飲品的鋁箔袋內，市值估計為100萬英鎊(約台幣4635萬元)。

英國媒體指出，雖然有些語言障礙，但2人已經初步承認犯行，將面臨7年到15年的有期徒刑，目前2人仍被滯留在利馬機場，等待適當的翻譯協助。但警方接獲消息，指出2人是遭到陷害，為了掩護當天機場更大規模的一起毒品走私。
