標題[求助] 大家的男友也會這樣嗎...?

和男友交往三年了，一直都有一個問題很困擾我， 每次和男友出去，逛街或是看展覽之類的戶外休閒， 他總是很喜歡對我毛手毛腳!!! 很愛突然偷捏我屁股一把，或是偷摸我胸部... 重點是他跟本不會注意旁邊有沒有人!! 我真的很不喜歡這樣子! 我不知道看到的人會怎麼想我， (會想說在外面都這樣了，在家裡一定OOXX..嗎 , 可是事實上我們還沒發展到最後一步...) 總之感覺很丟臉也很難為情!所以每次我都要很戰戰兢兢， 只要一感覺他又要這樣，就要立刻擋住他的手。 為了這件事每次都鬧得很不愉快，也發過脾氣叫他不可以再這樣! 也曾好好的說，說我真的不喜歡。他也答應我下次不會再這麼做了! 可是每過一段時間又開始!!有時候他會生氣擺臭臉， 說有什麼關係，妳不要每次都要為這發脾氣! 有時候又會用很無辜的眼神說他情不自禁，我真的拿他沒辦法... 有女孩的男友也會這樣嗎?? 到底要怎麼糾正男友這討人厭的壞習慣啊...?? 昨日，光大銀行表示，近日已與中國聯通集團在北京簽署了戰略合作協議，雙方將在手機支付、手機錢包、手機應用等移動金融領域開展一系列重要合作。

光大銀行相關負責人表示，合作協議的簽署標志著光大銀行與中國聯通集團的戰略合作伙伴關係正式跨進移動金融領域。

據本報記者了解，雙方合作的重點業務是“手機支付”，“手機支付”即通過手機實現在POS機上的近場支付及互聯網支付交易。上述人士表示，光大銀行已經把移動金融規劃為下一步的戰略重點。本次戰略合作協議簽署后，光大銀行與中國聯通集團將在手機支付、手機錢包、金融智能卡研發、手機支付客戶端等領域達成深度合作，雙方強強聯合，資源共享，共同促進手機支付在技術支持、系統對接、商業應用等方面的進一步推廣。

實際上，光大銀行的移動金融戰略早已提速，與中國聯通的合作也早就在醞釀和推進之中。今年4月初，光大銀行與中國移動下屬的中國移動電子商務有限公司簽訂合作協議，雙方將在手機支付、金融智能卡研發、手機支付客戶端定製、客戶及渠道共享等領域展開全面合作。彼時，針對《第一財經日報》記者關於光大銀行是否還會與其他運營商合作的提問，光大銀行電子銀行部副總經理許長智表示：“跟中國聯通和中國電信，目前內部也在緊鑼密鼓推進過程中。”

光大銀行7月末提供給本報記者的數據顯示，光大手機銀行客戶達550萬戶，較年初新增102%；對私網銀和電子支付客戶分別達880萬戶、330萬戶，較年初分別新增40%、25%。

宜蘭真是很多人驚豔的好所在，不僅公司旅遊去了幾趟，家庭旅遊也是好選擇，還是會有些新景點出現，這次到了很有鄉村風情的「六號糧倉」，此地是宜蘭市農會把有60年歷史的糧倉，面積佔地90坪，民國43年興建，用於積存稻穀，重新修整修後，便有了現在的「六號糧倉」，內部設施含有美食餐飲休息、採購伴手禮、童玩等相關紀念產品，萬象俱全，也可在這小歇一下，規劃下一個旅遊行程或問問在地人有那些好去處，讓小米帶朋友進入瞧瞧！

日本媒體報導，日本政府打算修改「武器出口三原則」，將軍用武器修改為，以民用目的出口。

日本《產經新聞》16日報導，日本政府決定將防衛裝備出口作為經濟成長戰略的支柱，透過增加軍事裝備出口促進經濟成長、提升防衛產業。另一方面，日本政府希望藉由武器出口，與印度和東南亞為中心的國家加強軍事合作關係。

報導指出，第一個出口項目是航空自衛隊計劃於2014財政年度開始部署的C-2型運輸機，以及海上自衛隊的US-2型水上飛機；C-2可以用於民用運輸，US-2則可以改作消防用途飛機。

日本政府將於2013財政年度內開始辦理US-2水上飛機對印度出口手續，其餘備選出口品還包括陸上自衛隊的架橋車等。

日本在1967年制定「武器出口三原則」，禁止將武器出口至「共產國家、被聯合國禁運的國家、國際爭端當事國或即將發生爭端當事國」出售武器。
