《Bloomberg》報導，歐盟對俄國最新經濟制裁手段即將於明日正式執行。

歐盟官員表示，歐盟亦會公佈未來暫停制裁的條件為何。

部分歐盟國家擔心，實施更大規模制裁手段將激怒俄國，給俄國藉口破壞烏俄火協議。

歐盟28國政府代表最終達成協議，決定對俄國國防與能源公司實施制裁，未來將限制這些公司在歐元區融資。

歐盟專員將於稍後發表正式聲明，其中將說明俄國應該做些什麼換取減輕制裁；完整的內容將於明日公佈在歐盟官方日誌上。

俄國今年三月以來，先是佔領克里米亞，隨後更與烏克蘭軍方發生直接衝突。種種因素下，導致歐盟全力實施經濟制裁。 一旦歐盟實施新經濟制裁措施，美國將馬上跟進，影響美國相關產業出口。
