基檢查弊 擁恆陳振豐列被告

基隆地檢署偵辦月眉路拓寬工程疑有弊端，展開大規模搜索，有19人被列為被告，其中18人是基隆市議員，另一人是擁恆墓園業者陳振豐。

基隆地檢署昨天指揮調查局北機站調官和廉政署廉政官，分赴市府、市議會和議家住處、服務處搜索，並把19人帶回偵訊。

今天凌晨兩點多有14名議員經檢察官複訊後請回，還有4名議員和陳振豐仍在接受偵訊。]此無法通行，必須繞到愛一路車道再走斑馬線，十分危險。

劉姓男子還質疑不少違停的騎士走進警一分局，可能是警方人員或洽公民眾。警帶頭違法不可取。

警一分局昨天在陸橋下方用反光錐隔出通道，有效防止騎士把機車停在陸橋下方，方便民眾通行。

昨天經由陸橋下方過斑馬線的民眾說，現在這樣子好走多了，希望要維持下去，不要再有違規停車阻礙通行。
