鼓勵違法？　北市拒公布違法的營造業者

北市連日高溫，7月更有數日飆破37度，為保障勞工權益，勞動局特別在7月展開「高溫室外作業勞動檢查」。初檢共有20家未過關，經改善後第2次複檢依舊有3家不合格，最後勞動局也依《職安法》對3家業者開罰3萬元，這也創下《職安法》上路後，遭開罰的全台首例。不過，勞動局不透露違規業者名單。
 
勞動局表示，《職安法》今年7月3日上路，裡頭明定僱主須做好熱危害預防措施，否則依法開罰3至15萬元，統計7月專案檢查結果，有20家需立即改善，經複查後還有3家違規因此開罰。這3家業者都是做營造工程，1家位於松山區，另外2家則在中山區，由於業者可能還會進行申訴，因此暫不公布名單。(陳思豪/台北報導)
