遇到就業歧視申訴無門

朋友是透過就業服務站媒合找到工作的,才做不到幾小時,主管就說不錄用,薪資是以一小時80元計算,這是經過企業與就服協調後,才有這麼高的待遇(原本時薪更低),
請問這樣該如何去申訴?

    請問有擺地攤,路邊攤的大大,這個好賺嗎?收入穩定嗎?(大概有多少利潤)
    汐止哪裡有地點可擺攤?哪有貨源可批售(只有5萬本錢)
