主管要求穿裙 雲科大女員工控性騷

雲林科技大學郭姓女僱員指控推廣教育中心鄭姓主任要求她穿裙子，並曾掏錢要贊助她治裝，她感覺受歧視與性騷擾提出申訴，親友5日則持白布條與標語「路過」該校門口與側門抗議。校方說教育部性平會本月底會調查出爐。

郭女1、20名親友也技巧性地「路過」雲科大校門口與龍潭路側門，手持「爭取工作權、拒絕性騷擾；男女平權、不容言語騷擾；輕視女性等於不尊重母親…」等抗議布條和標語，高喊口號，要求校方嚴懲「性騷擾者」。

受僱雲科大14年的郭女申訴書上載明，鄭從去年10月陸續要求她配合工作改穿裙子上班，她原以為鄭開玩笑，第2次她表示自己不適合穿裙子婉拒，鄭卻說：「短裙不行的話可穿長裙」，讓她很不舒服，第3次鄭在多名同事面前問她「是不是沒治裝費」，還當場掏出2000元要贊助她，讓她覺得受辱。

39歲未婚的郭女表示隱忍已久，直到今年終於向校方提出申訴。被指控的鄭姓教授昨日都在台北開會，手機關機聯絡不上。

雲科大主祕古東源指出，校方提報教育部性平會處理，該會本周將開會調查並約談兩造當事人，預計本月底會有結果出爐。
