怎麼覺得現在是要買房子卻找不到賣家 找到的全是仲介

以現在的網路發達狀況 喜歡的地方附近機能需要仲介介紹嗎 地段地價需要仲介告知嗎?
只要有網路~連外觀都已經能清清楚楚

每次問問題 都是一問三不知 都是自己去慢慢查出來
不然就是請撥電話
撥過去就是趕快介紹別的爛物件好脫手為自己賺一筆

殺價 <= 這個哪裡需要用到仲介 現在連買房都跟蔡市場一樣了

貸款 自己熟悉的銀行業務一大堆

交易完成後 那又是代書的事情 跟仲介又有甚麼關係

我不太了解仲介到底卡在中間幹嘛 為了建商多賺點?
