公投法朝野協商 立委調侃蕭家淇應帶太陽餅

立法院中午針對公民投票法部分條文修正草案進行協商，由內政委員會召委、民進黨陳其邁(右)主持，由於秘書長李四川請假，行政院副秘書長蕭家淇(左)代為出席，陳其邁調侃蕭家淇說，代表出席應該帶太陽餅來，也請首長請假應該要事先請。
