景德製藥處分資產 貢獻中橡EPS約3.3元

中橡（2104）持股95%子公司景德製藥，其董事會決議處分閒置土城廠，並售予達欣工程，預計處分利益高達19億元，換算將可貢獻母公司中橡每股EPS約3.3元。

中橡表示，土城廠原為製藥廠，後來產線搬遷至桃園，因而閒置下來，其土地面積約5,143坪。

而景德製藥也決定售予達欣工程，預計總金額為29億元，處分利益為19億元。

中橡表示，後續仍有閒置資產等待處分或出租，勢必帶來業外收入。
