請教有關環島路線規劃問題？

小弟預計在6、7月環島旅遊！
我的自行車是碳纖公路車，行李可能以背包為主，希望行李能盡量精簡。
希望有經驗的大大可以提供一些建議，該攜帶那些必備品！！！
還有就是我在網路上看到NW有出所謂的環島鞋，不知道它的功能何在？
是否有需要買一雙環島，好像也是不能上卡的，看大大有人推薦只要是硬底的鞋子都可以！
還是需要買雙環島鞋？

最後有關環島路線規劃，我預計8或9天完成！！！
想走的路線希望能上武嶺，但不走蘇花公路，因為怕危險！！！
我是從板橋出發~~~
不知道有經驗的大大可否提供一下路線規劃！！！
因為自己規劃感覺怎麼走都不順~~~
希望能給我一些答案，感謝！
