關於KKBOX轉換帳號問題

之前都是妹妹的帳號
後來續約時有送試用的KKBOX
就去註冊了一組
不過因為歌單都會清空
所以又換回妹妹的帳號在用

後來一直使用都沒問題
昨天手機回復原廠設定後
KKBOX有更新過
怪異的事情來了
KKBOX登入竟然鎖定住我自己註冊的帳號(我的門號)
不管是離線再上線還是登出再登入
都沒辦法變更帳號
請問有大大發生同樣的事情嗎
如果我要更換帳號使用..有什麼其他辦法嗎
