自拍打卡瘋分享　「我世代」是自戀還是沒安全感

智慧手機普遍，社群網站興起，也帶起自拍潮，到餐廳吃飯要拍照上傳，到景點玩耍要打卡，到底這現象只是一時潮流，還是更深刻的社會趨勢，專家意見分歧。

美國《時代》周刊去年就有一期封面故事，把1980年至2000年出生的一代，形容是「我、我、我世代」（The Me Me Me Generation），形容他們看電視真人秀長大，把自我看得無比重，事無大小都分享，一心以為自己的一切都有趣。有心理學家指這一代人有嚴重集體自戀，事實上美國20來歲一代有自戀人格障礙的比率，差不多是65歲以上人士的三倍。

部份心理學家則有相反看法，指過度分享的人其實是出於沒有安全感，想要多幾個「讚」肯定自己。也有社會學家認為部份過度分享的人是因身邊知音難求，藉在網路上分享尋找同道中人。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
