台中一名男子1日晚間，到彩券行買刮刮樂，僅以200元就刮中4000元，但卻得意忘形，酒駕騎車買宵夜，沒想到不慎撞倒路邊的機車，警方到場後為他酒測，竟高達1.35，被依公共危險罪送辦，還得支付9萬元的酒駕罰責。

這名男子與友人到彩券行玩刮刮樂，一邊玩還一邊喝高粱，刮中4000元，本以為自己手氣正好，便騎車買消夜，結果不小心撞倒路邊的一排機車，警方接獲民眾報案趕到現場，為男子進行酒測，酒測值高達1.35。

警方最後將男子依公共危險罪嫌送辦，且還得面臨最高9萬元的酒駕罰責，刮刮樂刮中的獎金也無法支付。
