工會要強大首要就是團結, 世界各國那些強大的工會,能做到最強硬的手段就是罷工罷賽, 要有決心罷到連球都打不成的地步, 堅持到資方願意妥協讓步, 這就要看中職球員有沒有那種團結與認知了. 台灣是個很重情面的社會,會有點艱難, 但沒有這種勇氣跟決心,球團不會有警惕的, 不要只想靠資方自己進步,勞方觀念沒有提升, 整個中職就永遠是資方在控制. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.200.184
