佳麗寶白斑求償　新北1人獲賠10萬元

【方佳怡／新北報導】佳麗寶化妝品引發白斑案喧騰一時，新北市5名被害者向台灣代理商求償計3030萬元精神撫慰金，因無醫師診斷最終報告，業者無法接受消費者要求，經消保官4次協商，與其中1名被害人達成和解，提供10萬精神撫慰金，但對另4名被害者各要求15萬元精神撫慰金則尚未協商完成將再洽談。

消保官提醒，消費者應留意使用的美容化妝品，是否為衛生福利部所令回收的19項化妝產品，呼籲消費者選擇美容化妝品時，應注意標示用法、有效日期、保存期限、添加成分及是否誇大不實與具有療效文字等，以確保自身權益，避免消費糾紛發生。
