大統混油 高振利一審判16年

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化縣16日電）大統長基公司負責人高振利被控以摻混、假冒的方式出售多款食用油，彰化地方法院今天判高振利16年、大統長基罰金新台幣5000萬元。

包括橄欖油在內的多項大統長基油品，10月間被衛生單位及檢調查出混充、偽冒。彰化地檢署查出，高振利從民國96年起涉嫌在橄欖油等8大類油品內混摻棉籽油、銅葉綠素、低價油品，混充販售，依8項詐欺罪起訴，求刑20年。1021216
