參選新北市長　陳明義：與朱遲不表態有關

【晏明強／台北報導】新北市議員陳明義昨天宣布參選新北市長，他上午接受廣播節目節目主持人周玉蔻專訪時表示，他不是針對現任市長朱立倫，而是要「挑戰」這種政治文化，自己背後也沒有任何政治勢力運作，否則他不但不再參選市議員，也會結束政治生命。

面對主持人詢問決定參選，是否是對朱立倫遲遲扭捏不表態有所不滿？陳明義不否認會決定參選，與朱立倫至今不願表態是否連任，且還傳出朱打算推出副手侯友宜接棒有關。
