國際人權日　陳致中今晚中監前聲援扁

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】今天是國際人權日，前總統陳水扁之子陳致中、台中市議員何文海、邱素貞及北社、中社等，今晚將帶領扁的支持者到台中監獄前舉辦「人權之夜」，聲援陳水扁。由於陳水扁因睡眠中止症將於近期開刀，908台灣國台中分會長周崇德今表示，阿扁一身是病，應放他出來才對。
 
外傳，陳水扁將於14日（周六）到台中榮總開刀，台中監獄對此不予以證實，僅表示「仍在規劃中」。至於挺扁人士舉辦人權之夜活動，台中監獄表示，人民有表達意見的自由，獄方沒有意見，但若聲量影響到監獄內受刑人情緒，將請警方處理。
