旺中告壹傳媒報導偏頗　檢方不起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】旺旺中時集團總裁蔡衍明，去年9月委託律師到遞狀控告《蘋果》及《壹電視》高層及記者等11人，在NCC審查旺中併中嘉案過程中，一再報導抹黑，還刻意刊登蔡衍明不經意摸鼻子的照片，並加註圖說損害其形象，涉嫌妨害名譽，但台北地檢署認為報導只是表達當時的現狀，且報導內容也並非無憑據，今天處分不起訴。

蔡衍明提告的對象，包括當時《壹電視》董事長張嘉聲、董事丁家裕、總經理王子云，以及《蘋果日報》負責人兼發行人葉一堅、總經理曾孟卓、社長杜念中、總編輯馬維敏、執行副總編緝郭淑敏、徐文興、總主筆卜大中、記者徐毓莉等11人。其中張嘉聲、葉一堅、杜念中等6人，因為沒有實際參與或是早已退休，蔡事後透過律師主動撤告。
