海航烏魯木齊航空公司 總投資30億元

海南航空4日晚間公告，擬與烏魯木齊城市建設投資有限公司，共同投資人民幣30億元組建烏魯木齊航空。

據中證網報導，海南航空出資人民幣21億元，占70%，烏魯木齊城市建設投資有限公司出資人民幣9億元，占30%。

海南航空表示，公司在航空領域具有較豐富的運營經驗，組建烏魯木齊航空有利於深入挖掘新疆地區航空市場資源。目前，南方航空在新疆市場份額最大，海南航空居次。
