這幾段C語言的延遲函數 ?

小弟初學PIC，此函數為以MCC18下去編寫的DELAY程式

請教各位前輩們，此程式各是代表幾秒呢 ?

我想讓程式延遲一秒，這三段程式各需輸入多少值已達到延遲一秒?

原理是 ?

小弟使用10K石英震盪器。
