郭彥均繳房貸　吃泡麵省錢

【蔡維歆╱台北報導】郭彥均錄東森《現在才知道》聊省錢繳房貸，他透露27歲就在新店安坑買下22坪房子，當時他貸款8成，身上只剩594元，連買家具、裝潢的錢都沒有，「搬進去只有瓦斯跟燈泡，電視是跟朋友借錢刷卡買的，管理費還延繳，也吃了一個月泡麵。」如今看到房價漲一倍，他直呼辛苦都值得，未來他想換150坪大房子，「最好我跟老婆一人一間更衣室，還有庭院讓我養狗。」
