智慧眼鏡 具提升工作效率潛力

（中央社記者田裕斌台北13日電）以智慧眼鏡為代表的穿戴式電子產品可能對企業造成什麼影響？顧能(Gartner)認為，智慧眼鏡具備提升垂直市場工作人員效率的潛力。

顧能表示，智慧眼鏡搭配擴增實境(AR)與頭戴式相機，可提高技術人員、工程師，以及現場服務、維修、醫療與製造等其他產業工作人員的效率；未來3至5年內，最有可能因智慧眼鏡而受惠的是現場服務產業，預期每年約可增加10億美元的獲利。

對企業而言，智慧眼鏡仍屬新興科技，在美國已開始使用智慧眼鏡的企業仍不及1%，顧能預測，對於擁有外勤人員的企業來說，使用率將於未來5年之內，提升至10%。

此外，平價家用版智慧眼鏡的推出，將進一步推動市場普及，未來10年內，在所有可能因智慧眼鏡而受惠的企業中，至少約有半數會讓部分有適當用途的員工使用智慧眼鏡。1021113
