第二波空運13噸物資援菲國

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北13日電）國防部表示，國軍2架C-130型運輸機今天上午載運救援物資約13噸，9時直飛菲國宿霧機場，協助菲律賓賑災。

強颱海燕（Haiyan）8日挾帶海嘯般巨浪和無情強風，肆虐菲律賓群島多數地區，災情慘重，中華民國政府今天展開第二波賑災行動。

國防部表示，國軍持續執行援助菲律賓災民的救援任務，C-130型運輸機正駕駛魯非凡上校、副駕駛李志忠中校，駕駛機號1313；以及另架C-130型運輸機正駕駛廖斌伸少校、副駕駛張威翊上尉駕駛機號1314，共載運13噸救援物資，直飛菲律賓宿霧機場，協助賑災工作。

外交部統籌所有募集物資，昨天中午12時在新竹空軍基地舉行捐贈物資儀式後，首波2架運送物資的C-130運輸機昨天下午起飛，飛抵宿霧國際機場，卸貨後於當天晚間返台。

國內慈善團體響應外交部號召，在1天之內募集近100噸、價值逾新台幣5000萬元救援物資；外交部表示，為儘速將救援物資送抵受災地區，實際協助受災民眾，中華民國政府配合菲國需要，派遣運輸機分梯次將民間團體捐贈的救災物資運送至菲國。

外交部指出，相關運送所需經費約7000萬元，由政府負擔，彰顯中華民國是愛心輸出大國。1021113
