財長張盛和︰調高債限是下一代負擔

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委林德福在立院質詢指出，台灣的債限只剩下2%，總統馬英九希望調高債限，行政院長江宜樺也說不排除微調，他詢問財政部長張盛和的意見？張盛和回應，債是下一代的負擔，是否調整要重新考量。
 
立委盧秀燕反對調高債限，憂心變成債多不愁、債留子孫，院長若要求研究調高債限怎辦？她詢問張盛和是否能承諾不調高債限？
 
張盛和說，他還沒接到研究提高債限的指示，財政部目前正在研究的財政健全方案就是不提高債限，除了債之外還有一些工具。稅、捐、費是當代的負擔，債是下一代的負擔。國家財政有需要，需要找收入，靠稅、捐、費或債，財政健全方案不能只靠債，若光靠一項會破表。
