=-﹝(10000-8000)/((8000+10000)/2)﹞/﹝(P'-100)/((100+P')/2)﹞
=(-2/9)/﹝(P'-100)/((100+P')/2)﹞=2
(P'-100)/((100+P')/2)=-1/9
-9P'+900=(100+P')/2
-18P'+1800=100+P'
