台中購地激勵　國建走揚

【劉曉霞／台北報導】國建今天開高走高，受到台中購地8.11億元激勵，盤中一度來到21.1元，漲幅超過3%，午盤漲多拉回，最後以20.8元作收。

國建在台中購買接近科博館土地625.8725坪，以每坪129.5萬元、總價8.11億元取得。國建發言人陳仁澤說，台中科博館、7期重劃區和美術館區域都是台中相當不錯區域，看好這些區域發展，國建預定11月將取得建照，推出「綠博苑」，坪數暫定60~70坪，開價4字頭。
