同性婚姻合法化 一讀通過付委

將同性婚姻合法化的民法親屬、繼承篇部分條文修正案，今天上午在立法院院院會通過一讀，將交付司法法制委員會審查。修正條文中明訂，婚約應由不分性別、性傾向、性別認同之雙方當事人自行訂定。

本提案由民進黨立委鄭麗君、尤美女、蕭美琴、林淑芬、段宜康與陳其邁等人共同提出。
