國民黨：兩岸非國際航線 而是特殊航線

兼任國民黨主席的馬英九總統，昨天在國民黨中常會上指兩岸航線是「國內航線」，因發軒然大波。對此國民黨今天發布澄清搞，指出馬總統於99年就曾經在公開場合多次清楚闡明，兩岸航線既不屬國際航線亦非國內航線，而是特殊航線。

國民黨解釋，馬總統昨在天中常會的說法，最主要的目的是指出，因高鐵通車造成國內航空業業務萎縮，而國際航線又不足以彌補，但短距離的兩岸直航為航空業帶來新的榮景，這是陳述事實，並非改變兩岸航線或兩岸關係的定位，外界無須加以曲解或擴大解讀。
