LGD量產6吋可撓OLED面板

【吳秀樺／台北報導】繼生產全球第1款55吋OLED 電視面板後，南韓面板廠樂金顯示器（LG Display）今日再宣布，將開始量產全球第1款智慧型手機專用的可撓式OLED面板。
 
LGD的可撓式OLED（Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Display，主動式有機發光二極體）面板是採用塑膠基板，以薄膜封裝技術將保護膜黏附到背面後，生產具可撓又不破的面板，其尺寸為6吋，是目前全球最大的智慧機OLED面板。LGD執行副總裁Sang Deog Yeo指出，LGD希望在明年推出擁有進階效能、差異化設計的新產品，以便在可撓式螢幕市場取得領先地位。
