不合理！民宿未先告知　強收瓦斯費

【綜合報導】宜蘭縣礁溪鄉「千千的家」民宿遭投訴，未事先說明，就對顧客收取數百元瓦斯烹煮及垃圾分類費用，且疑為非法民宿。

新北市林先生表示，他們一行25名親友趁中秋節連假聚會烤肉，入住千千的家民宿，業者註明貼心服務有提供廚房設備及烤肉區，便聯繫民宿並談妥1萬8000元入住6個房間。林先生說，9月19日入住繳清住房費後，當晚烤肉時，老闆卻稱因他們使用瓦斯燒熱水及煎魚，未做垃圾分類，收300元，但他們還自行準備大紙箱和垃圾袋，烤肉完收拾妥當，更感覺業者收費不合理，事後便查詢觀光局網站欲申訴，卻發現查無此業者，質疑非法執業。對此，千千的家張姓女老闆說，因房客用瓦斯燒水煮魚，未做垃圾分類，她須費時清潔，才收取300元費用，拒回應非法民宿情事。

林先生指千千的家官網標示提供廚房（紅框處，翻攝網頁），卻未註明用瓦斯須加收錢。

千千的家民宿遭投訴，對房客用瓦斯及垃圾分類問題加收300元，還被發現是非法民宿。
