小弟本身是拿HTC NEW ONE 約6月中買入 使用到八月發現有紫光問題 拿去神腦維修 維修時有請工作人員徹底檢查外觀(無縫縫過大及刮痕問題) 中間 大約一個禮拜 神腦就告知維修完成(換機) 於是檢查後 我告知 外觀縫縫過大真的很嚴重 無法接受 於是神腦請我在等等 就這樣又過了兩個禮拜(比第一次時間等待時間約增加一倍) 但縫縫依然很大 於是再度退件..再度維修 現在...已經十月了 神腦完全沒消沒息 打去問說好了會通知.. 但是我"新機"的保固時間卻一點一滴地減少 感覺對消費者非常沒保障..我也開始有點憤怒了 想問問看板友 如果是你們 會怎麼處理呢? 謝謝各位的幫忙了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.152.56
