美國總統歐巴馬台北時間1日清晨5時對美國財政預算談判發表談話表示，午夜(台北時間1日中午)如果沒有達成預算協議，政府將關閉所有非必要的聯邦服務，此舉將嚴重影響美國經濟發展。
