【陳偉周／基隆報導】14萬噸「海洋水手號」郵輪，今天上午8時許緩緩駛進基隆港，由中國「寶健集團」總經理李道，招待公司3000名集團員工來台觀光。出身於基隆八斗子的李道向港務公司表示，因父親曾是張通榮市長的上司，母親也是市長的國小老師，才會規劃郵輪3次進港，帶1萬名員工來基隆觀光消費。港務公司預估，將帶來2億觀光財。
 
巴哈馬級的「海洋水手號」郵輪，重14萬噸，長313公尺，吃水10公尺，港務公司表示，相當於3艘麗星郵輪，預計晚上8時離開。民眾見到郵輪直呼「超級大！」而海洋廣場上也有攝影同好拍照紀念。
