【綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，因對流雲系移入，今天基隆北海岸、台北市、新北市、宜蘭及花蓮地區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。

輕度颱風天兔今天凌晨2時，中心位置位於北緯17.6度，東經131.1度，以每小時10公里速度，向西進行，估周日前進中國，屆時台灣風雨可趨緩。
