ＦＢ留言「吃蠟燭」　公然侮辱判拘15天

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄鄭姓男子與朋友交惡後，在朋友臉書上留言罵「幹」，還在朋友分享美食的照片下留言「吃蠟燭啦」、「吃元寶啦」，被朋友提告公然侮辱。

高雄地院審理後認為依民間習俗，鬼才會吃蠟燭、吃元寶，鄭男留言指朋友與鬼無異，有輕侮、鄙視之意，且貶抑其在社會上評價及名譽，依公然侮辱罪判拘役15天，得以1萬5千元易科罰金。
