涉雙子星弊案　太極雙星負責人上午移審

【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦雙子星大樓聯合開發弊案，查出太極雙星團隊為了取得優先議約權，涉偽造外商投資的文件詐標，台北地檢日前依詐欺、背信等罪，將太極雙星負責人何岳儒、發言人王佑仁等5人起訴，並在今天上午移由台北地院審理。

今天一早，北檢將目前仍在押的何岳儒、王佑仁2人移審台北地院，王在步下囚車時，聽到快門聲，還特地轉頭探望，何岳儒則機警的刻意用手遮瞼，不願被拍到。

北檢查出，太極雙星團隊在送給台北市捷運局的開發建議書，涉偽造馬來西亞怡保花園、谷中城公司為合作人，以及主要股東有日本森大廈等不實文件，以順利取得優先議約權，將何等4人依詐欺、偽造文書等罪起訴，另外北市府財政局前局長邱大展，則依背信罪被訴。
