今天最大的發展，是出現一名關鍵人物，一名被起訴的被告憲兵官郭毓龍，因為供出對范佐憲許多不利的新事證，轉為汙點證人，另外，有證人指稱連長徐信正是執意要關洪仲丘禁閉，對於洪仲丘不適合關禁閉的生理狀況也不予理會，對此，律師質疑徐信正有故意傷害的嫌疑。
