【綜合報導】輕颱潭美昨挾帶豪雨肆虐北台灣，而新北市土城更有約10公尺的擋土牆坍塌砸落民宅窗戶，住戶被巨響嚇壞連夜撤離。

據《壹電視》報導，昨晚約11時，新北市土城金城路有民宅的擋土牆因潭美颱風大雨造成坍塌，崩落的土石砸落民宅窗戶，屋主早上受訪時表示心有餘悸，被坍方的聲音嚇壞了，不敢再繼續住，所以連夜撤離到女兒住處。
