【林志青／台北報導】海巡署今天派出「巡護七號」和「巡護八號」，於中午12時許，將涉嫌殺害「特宏興368號」漁船船長的9名印尼籍漁工上銬，連同漁船帶回蘇澳港，並交由宜蘭地檢署偵辦，希望能盡速釐清案情。
