潭美快報／員山子分洪啟動 台中、嘉義、新竹淹水警戒

潭美颱風挾帶豪雨侵襲台灣，水利署在傍晚啟動員山子分洪，紓

緩基隆河流入下游的河水量，分洪總體積達143.34萬立方公尺；另外，受各地豪大雨影響，水利署發布淹水警戒，新竹縣、台中市、嘉義縣列一級淹水警戒。

潭美帶來豪大雨，基隆河上游河流水位高漲，達分洪水位63公尺，員山子分洪道在21日傍晚5時50分啟動分洪，晚間8時20分結束，是員山子分洪道今年第一次分洪。

另外，水利署也發布淹水警戒，北部新竹縣列一級警戒、新北市、宜蘭縣列二級警戒；中部台中市為一級警戒、南投縣二級警戒；南部嘉義縣一級警戒、台南市二級警戒。
