李鴻源呼籲 地政專家坐下來談

民眾昨天包圍內政部，抗議大埔事件。內政部長李鴻源今天表示，不會因此就推動修法，更不會輕易廢掉土地徵收條例。

李鴻源說，大埔事件不是法律問題，而是執行問題，他認為，個案的瑕疵並非不能討論，至於抗議人士提到的圖利罪等問題，應該要交給政風單位調查，不是誰說了算。

對於土地徵收條例，李鴻源表示，他沒有這麼不講理，大家可以坐下來心平氣和地談，甚至廣邀社會各界專家來談，都可以安排。昨天抗議現場有人高呼口號要廢掉土徵法，他要問，難道在場的每一個人，都能清楚說出土徵法「惡」在何處嗎?
