誤認遭通緝跑給警追男子妨害公務移送

【陳世河／台中報導】蘭嶼來台灣打工的男子張光輝（35歲，竊盜、侵佔前科），今天清晨4點多未帶證件在潭子街頭遊蕩，巡邏警網感覺可疑上前將他帶回派出 所，張男以為自己之前犯下竊盜案已經遭通緝，巡邏車抵達派出所後立刻下車拔腿狂奔，警員見狀立刻追上去，與張男一陣扭打後才將他帶回派出所，扭打中警員手 肘因此擦傷，警方清查後發現張男並未遭通緝，但他因未配合盤查造成警員受傷，被警方依照妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。張男得知未被通緝卻吃上妨害公務罪嫌後說： 「真倒楣，早知道就不用跑了」。
