Sony Xperia Z 充電問題請教

七月中時，入手一隻Xperia Z
黑色、4.22版系統。

這幾天測試的情況是這樣

關機充電
01.電池剩下2x的時候關機，並且拿去充電
02.約三四十分鐘就充飽了，顯示為9x%沒有到95
使用約十分鐘左右，電量掉到6x%

接著，拿去開機充電
01.充電約一個小時左右
02.電量到達9x%
使用一整天

疑問：
01.關機充電、開機充電，何者為正確做法？
02.如何才能保養電池使用長久。

請教這幾個問題，謝謝。
