水電費單出包 當局向曼德拉道歉

南非約翰尼斯堡官員5日因前總統曼德拉接獲未繳水電費，警告可能斷水斷電的通知，向曼德拉致歉。曼德拉六月八日因肺部感染住院至今。

當地媒體報導，曼德拉住家接獲追繳水電費六百六十美元的通知。當局解釋這份通知屬於另一用戶，該戶與曼德拉住家的街名與門號相同，但不同區。（英國廣播公司）
