今年夏天，到百貨賣場一起和迪士尼玩具總動員吧！新光三越台中店推出玩具基地超級總動員，展出500件以上經典玩具，中友百貨則推出迪士尼奇妙夢想園地，讓親子親身體驗迪士尼的奇妙魅力。

新光三越台中店推出暑假加強版「玩具基地超級總動員」，包括美系超級英雄、日本特攝、鋼彈模型、機器人及皮克斯超人氣角色齊聚一堂，展出500件以上經典玩具，還有博物館等級展品，如1970年代的古董鐵皮蝙蝠車，等比大小會動的「終極版瓦力」首度曝光，內建12個驅動馬達與四個紅外線偵測器，可以有各種表情與動作，幾乎跟電影裡一模一樣。

另外還有大型角色總動員，鋼鐵人、超人、雷神索爾、蜘蛛人、美國隊長、怪獸大學毛怪、大眼仔及鋼彈元祖，八座等比角色魅力登場，無敵鐵金剛、六神合體、宇宙大帝、五獅合體百獸王，經典復古巨大合體機器人完整展出，皮克斯動畫熱映角色大集合，歷代假面騎士及其車隊全系列完整展出。展出特別邀請上萬件玩具收藏，玩具界教父之稱的玩具達人周正渭，和玩具收藏家江學良，提供難得一見的玩具收藏。

Disney Channel今年夏天特別和中友百貨攜手合作，設置「奇妙夢想園地」，推出「5大主題展區」、8項活動設施，包括有實體米奇妙妙屋、傑克與夢幻島海盜的探險沙灘區，迪士尼公主夢幻城堡與仙度瑞拉的玻璃鞋、怪獸大學等身比例的毛怪與大眼仔，並搭配每天不同的主題活動以及每周末的影片欣賞及舞台表演，還有迪士尼商品展售，一定會讓前來參加的大小朋友意猶未盡的感受到迪士尼的奇妙體驗。
