男墜河載浮載沉　民眾驚「以為是浮屍」

【陳偉周／基隆報導】男子河中載浮載沉，圍觀民眾說：「以為有浮屍！」基隆市消防局獲報有人落水，昨天深夜11時許，一名穿白衣50多歲男子，在仁一路田寮河旁手抓著岸邊載浮載沉，警消人員到場立即下艇救援，先將男子拉上救生艇，再以吊掛方式合力將男子拉上橋邊。
 
消防人員表示，發現男子有昏睡現象，懷疑男子服用安眠藥，男子意識清楚送醫觀察中，警方正在調查男子身分與落河原因。
