洪仲丘案 桃檢比對多點拍攝影帶

陸軍下士洪仲丘案，桃檢在釐清相關資料後，今天起將會陸續傳喚相關當事人說明，也將調閱禁閉室、營區等影帶，交叉比較。

陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸昨天前往桃園地檢署，針對有關湮滅證據、偽造文書及過失致死等部分提出告訴。

桃檢專案小組的檢察官也加快偵辦腳步，持續兵分多路，對269旅禁閉室主機及光碟鑑識及勘驗。

桃檢目前持續進行鑑識部分的工作判讀完成，承辦主任檢察官等人將會針對案情，再傳喚相關人士到案。

調查重點也將調閱包括禁閉室、營區、洪仲丘送醫到院前等各種影帶資料，進行各項交叉比較，以進一步確定洪仲丘真正死亡的原因與時間點。
